Strong culture that is real and the company consistently checks on the status of everyone. Expectations are high but the rewards for the work are absolutely there. UC continues to grow and develop and that is really exciting for future opportunities.

Cons

With growth comes some chaos, but its organized. This can lead to some stressful situations but its always met with understanding and support to achieve results.
