Lack of training all around. People do whatever they want without actual training. Then get in trouble for doing those things and told this isn’t the proper procedure. Management isn’t that great, you don’t get a thank you for going above and beyond. Most don’t even notice you unless you have done something wrong. I wouldn’t recommend working here unless you are desperate.
