Pros

Mowi`s strong reputation makes anyone working for them attractive after some years. Great environment and lots of support from colleagues. Focus on empowering people and help each other succeed.

Cons

Large companies like this don’t leave much room for entrepreneurship. Everyone needs to stay in line to make it work, so new ideas and potential projects does not get priority unless it is pushed from top down. Salary on the low side.

There is always parking and one enthusiastic worker passes out expresso coffee every day at 2pm.

Cons

There is no real structure. The management gives themselves a lot of advantages and flexibility, but are very strict with their own employees. There is also a fake sense of community there. It is superficial when it's corporate related, but it is non-existent when an employee needs genuine help. They discourage employees connecting as friends. They allowed me to WFH while sick with covid, but not when I had a real medical emergency. They fired me while on disability which is also illegal. Their Senior HR is also not qualified to do his job properly.
