Pros
There is always parking and one enthusiastic worker passes out expresso coffee every day at 2pm.
Cons
There is no real structure. The management gives themselves a lot of advantages and flexibility, but are very strict with their own employees. There is also a fake sense of community there. It is superficial when it's corporate related, but it is non-existent when an employee needs genuine help. They discourage employees connecting as friends. They allowed me to WFH while sick with covid, but not when I had a real medical emergency. They fired me while on disability which is also illegal. Their Senior HR is also not qualified to do his job properly.
