The benefits like health insurance and pension are great

Cons

The management team is terrible. There’s no room for growth, even though they sell the job that way. There’s no team culture. You’re overworked, and underpaid. The people they hire are completely unqualified, and unwilling to learn. The people hired are always friends, and not the people who actually deserve the job.
