      Pros

      Career development - if you show interest and continuously contribute ideas, you may very well be climbing the latter.

      Cons

      Bringing good ideas to the table does not necessarily mean anything will happen. Mowi is old school and projects tends to move very slow. A lot of people are involved when changes are to be made.
