You live on board going site to site, 2 on 2 off, just task done away to the next area to do the next task.

Cons

Payed the same as a low-level worker who doesn't do a full days work, you steam through the night, technically an OOW. Do 20 hour days amd still expected to be up 4 hours later by negligent managers in different areas. Gotta have thick skin.
