Can be a really interesting job at times. Some really good people. If your lazy and are happy making not much money this is the place for you; you will make just as much as someone who works hard and they will never fire you. Their HR motto is everyone deserves as many chances as they need.

Cons

If you are goal oriented and are used to performance based raises this is not the place for you. Raises are very few and far between and you are treated the same as any other employee no matter how hard you work, raises for the most part are based on time served, you are just a number. They have even cutout the 10% isolation pay for any new employees.

Pros

After 20 years, I have nothing bad to say about this company. Good benefits, good pension, fair treatment, and a diverse staff. Always providing for the employees.

Cons

Lots of positions are camp based positions. So can be away from home for a week or so at a time. But the camps are good and always improving.
