      They'll drive you postal but in an exterminator way

      They do not micro manage

      Cons

      Whooooo where to begin. Communication just fell to the floor. When the managers do hear you they don't keep promises but expect you too. Toxic work environment from head to toe. Customers are often outraged by price gouging, bad communication and incomplete services and it's your job to make them happy in 20min or less.

      Good pay and it’s salary with bonuses

      Cons

      Dept is not organized and other departments cause conflicts cuz they do not organize their processes to work together.

      The people are great the be around

      Cons

      They preach promoting from within but they never do, once you reach a team lead status that’s where you will stay.
