Horrible company!

Pros

Nothing. Really nothing unless you think a "dance party" to start your work day is a perk. Management is the worst. It's like working with teenagers.

Cons

Pay is horrific; management has no clue how to manage and when they have a good employee who works and is mature/not childish they have no clue what to do with them. They have a dress code yet one person walked around in slippers actually bedroom slippers on. Most of the young girls needed a lesson on being modest. Sure, dress code?

Pros

-Advancement opportunities -Working with people that actually care about you -Work activities -Clean environment both in office and verbally I have worked with Moxie for over 3 years and have been in almost all facets of the business. I started off as a technician and now work in the office full time. The technician work is hard but it is rewarding. Summer times are the hardest but isn't that the same way with any outside job? I love working in the office. Every one is friendly and it is a very positive work environment. I feel the management really want me to get better and progress in the company.

Cons

If you cannot take criticism this may not be the job for you.

Typical call center.

Pros

Nice group to work with if you keep to yourself. Typical call center emvironment. Boosts morale with monthly team gatherings.

Cons

Meetings are geared towards life improvement. They are not life coaches. Micromanagement has become an issue since a reorganization of the company. If one is not happy and smiling constantly, then you will be pulled into a conference. Office needs to be updated and money spent on repairs (bathrooms, break room, heat and ac). No real growth opportunity.
