Pros

Constant growth leads to more promotion possibilities. Great work culture. Friendly co-workers.

Cons

Pay not equivalent to industry standard for higher up positions. Constant growth has its cons. The company grows so fast often management roles take on more than they should for months or years before new roles are created to fill the voids, by the time a new position is made, a whole employee with salary fills one portion of what you used to do and your pay didn’t equate more than one role.
