Surprise department layoffs Complete disregard for Disciplinary process Consistent lies about promotions and company processes Combative upper management Office politics- If the wrong person dislikes you, you're fired No warning or reasons given for firing - Seniority will not save you. HR who is not properly HR trained. After working at moxie for almost 3 years, i would not recommend them to ANYONE, even my worst enemy, and many current employees are leaving while they still can. They have fired many good senior employees, myself included, for bogus reasons. I am disappointed in the route the company has taken, and i strongly urge anyone looking to apply here to look elsewhere.
