I completed all the "major" projects they had for me within the first two months of employment, they anticipated the projects taking at least six. At first I had plenty of freedom and was treated like management, eventually the heavy micro-management they implemented on all the other staff was implemented on myself as well and there was no need for it at all. I had nothing to do except fix the IT issues for the staff(turn it off and back on) because I completed my projects in no time at all, when they found out that there was little for me to do they decided to try and make me their "odd jobs" guy as well, like fixing toilets and junk. There was a lot more but I don't want to spend more time on this because thinking about the place gets me a bit more annoyed than I need to be.

they rip off their customers so bad they have bomb threats and regularly have police show to the building. No growth. Lied about being able to have remote work. There is a FB group called people United Agiast Moxie lol. Check it out and they will tell you everything you need to know.
