Hired/fired without any concern for employees, morale, or promises. Technicians were disposable after the summer season- no one is told they are seasonal Employer had employees submit reviews to Glassdoor. They made people change reviews if they didn't like the way it looked Punished people for not meeting expectations Nepotism. Family came first at the expense of other employees. Most family employees were mean and knew they were untouchable Would say anything to keep customers Fired anyone with a different opinion Culture of ravenous money hungry ideology
