      Pros

      I have a lot of autonomy in my role - form my work schedule to what direction I take my work. My higher ups seem to trust me. The culture is awesome- I can tell they make special effort to take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Not everyone is passionate about pest control, so it's important to focus on your why. The culture, focus on self-development, and opportunities to grow with the company help with that!
