Pros

Company offers 50 hour work weeks with a option to work 60 hours (available overtime) Flexible hours, good fit for students in school

Cons

Horrible work life balance, if they are behind quota for the month, they will require you to work longer days in order to catch up. Any where up to going working from 7am-7pm. Over worked underpaid.

Pros

Nothing. Really nothing unless you think a "dance party" to start your work day is a perk. Management is the worst. It's like working with teenagers.

Cons

Pay is horrific; management has no clue how to manage and when they have a good employee who works and is mature/not childish they have no clue what to do with them. They have a dress code yet one person walked around in slippers actually bedroom slippers on. Most of the young girls needed a lesson on being modest. Sure, dress code?

Pros

The company has great people employed. They also have a small bonus program. The entire company is growing fast if you are willing to work.

Cons

Low pay, there are a lot of hours to be worked like. 60+ hours a week. Plus you have to pay to use the company truck!
