      Fantastic and supportive management, wonderful culture and work environment, specific instructions on career advancement and training, a vehicle you are able to take home, and a comprehensive health insurance plan. Guaranteed daily base pay and paid Incentives for customer service and personal improvement.

      Cons

      The hours and wages that you start with are a hurdle to pass, as you start at working 66 hours per week, but once you do and you only have to work 55 hours per week, the job is not only stable, but pays very well and, best of all, is guaranteed.
