Pros

Mozilla provides a unique work environment where you are encouraged to be productive and not CYA. We utilize volunteers and provide an environment where they are treated as equal as employees.

Cons

There is lack of structure for many things. Some lack of leadership which is mostly a side effect of the way the company is structured.

Pros

open source work, non-profit, tons of volunteers. people here are passionate about their work. The environment is fun and lively, and although corporate, its still a flexible and employee-driven environment. We build the best browser in the world, and everyone is proud of it.

Cons

it can be disorganized and meritocratic. The loudest voice wins. Also, there arent official Project or program managers, so it can be disorderly at times. It can be development driven, which isn't always the best choices.
