Pros

- Great Learning Budget - Good Benefits - Great Remote work policy and no pressure to come into the office and a thriving office culture(if you choose to go in) - Great Teams and projects you can work on :)

Cons

- Can feel like there is a disconnect between C-level management and regular workers, but to be fair the recent new management is much more engaging than before

Thanks for your review. The pros you listed are definitely areas we're proud of at Mozilla -- great benefits, excellent remote work culture, and inspiring work. As well, our monthly all company meetings along with leadership forums, fireside chats and AMAs are in place to foster engagement across all levels of the organization. Glad to hear you're seeing our current leadership team is making connections.
