Pros

They provide two weeks accomodation, it helps to search your own accommodation in different locations and the first day induction program was smooth and very helpful as a fresher in Mphasis.

Cons

Some of them got the onboarding mail at four or three days earlier for joining for long distance location also it was difficult for those people to travel form there location to onboarding location and then some of them has not received the proper accommodation mail or any kind of information about that it may difficult for the new people for that location.
