Unlimited WFH policy if your manager allows Flexible working hours, nothing like mandate 9 hours Thinking but getting nothing .... :P

Cons

Worst bench policy, they put you on a project of any kind or you are put on sabbatical and there is no salary after 3 months Bad infra (Pune) Minimal/No hikes Variable ranges aroung 80-100%, rarely more than that Very less middleware projects Few developments projects only, other all are support ones
