1. No hikes for years 2. Appraisals doesnt make any sense as no rewards for top performers and no consequences for bad performers. 3. Receiving 100% VPP in itself is a challenge

Toxic work culture, few goons make the call and rest are expected to follow them Long work hours Too much politics Compensation is average Junior staff is below average, barely speak English Very difficult to drive project with inefficient team members and toxic management
