It is an excellent place to work if you have gained a decent amount of experience elsewhere . The work life balance is great

The management is bad . One of the worst transport departments i have ever seen.The transport people do not take care of employees

rules and processes (where they exist that is) only for 'workers'. Management can do what they like and get away with it; too much politics and backbiting; treating employees like fools - even the proposed May hike is all hype; lack of promotion, career growth and recognition; lack of clear direction from HP;

Pros

There is good Job security in the company. There is Not much work pressure. No Office timings maintained in the company.

Cons

No Hikes for 2 more years. same is announced by Balu Ganesh Ayyar, CEO in the town hall. No designation changes. Managers will not recognize the actual work done by professional. Complete Politics in the management. Those who are good with the management and good contacts with the managers, will be getting good recolonization in the company.
