* They will hire you for big salary * Good work from home option

Cons

* No hike or delayed hike * Bad office building (Pune - Kharadi) * Lot of politics * 5 managers to monitor work of one employee * Very less onsite (even if it there is any, your senior will go even if he is having no Idea what he will do there) * Good work life balance (as there is no work) * Nothing new to learn here
