Quality work, good facilities, good insurance cover, work satisfaction.

Cons

Few managers are very terrible. Even after given a feedback, nothing changes for them.

Typical IT consulting indian company with decent benefits

Cons

More of body shopping firm in US. Once you are in client place, you are on your own. Once you are out of client project, you will be left on your own and less time support given. Not a company to be engaged for long time as they are just body shop firm.
