Pros
Healthy work environment. My boss was an excellent communicator and wanted us all to succeed. There was always opportunity to grow in this craft, all my co-workers and superiors were always willing to help out even if it wasn't their original job for the day.
Cons
Safety wasn't always a top priority, and I say that lightly. Obviously everyone wants to always be safe whenever working with electricity, but sometimes we would do some sketchy things. I also noticed that drug testing wasn't taken as seriously as it should be. There weren't very serious consequences for failing a drug test.
