      Horrible Owners

      Not pros at this place they are horrible people.

      Cons

      I cannot come up with enough. The owner Darla is an absolute terrorist. I have no idea how they stay in business. She yells and belittles everyone. I left jobs to come to this terrible place.

      Pros

      Working with clientele was fun, technicians were pleasant.

      Cons

      Owner is hateful and negative, talks down to employees. Constant arguing between owners and management over proper process and procedures. Inconsistent employee expectations in attendance and production - blatant favoritism. Conflicting directives that create chaos and inefficiency. Not a 40 hrs as promised and no benefits.
