Flexible hours, freedom, very fulfilling to fix things for people. Wages and bonuses. Company vehicle and gas card.

Cons

No health insurance only health reimbursement account. Occasionally late days. Scheduled jobs sometimes get canceled or don’t work out which cuts into your paycheck
