Pros

There are not any positive things to say about this company and they will have an office employee write a good review to try and balance their rating after I post this. They always do.

Cons

I know this company very well. They overcharge customers and constantly have rework. Potential customers don't get to see the many bad reviews because the they purposefully don't send the survey email to the many customers that have bad experiences. Whenever someone makes a bad review they have someone from the office go write a good review for them. Most of this happens on homeadvisor. They also steal money from their employees. They change the employees time sheet so they don't have to pay them what they earned. They also forced the employees to wait in their vans for hours without pay waiting for another job. If an employee has to go back to a job for rework, they make the employee pay for it out of their check as well as work for free. That is illegal. If an employee calls in sick on a weekend they make the employee pay for money that the company supposedly would have made, which is also illegal. They tell the employees that they are contractors even though they control the employees schedule, give them company phones, company van, company credit card and company gas card.they even have the employees fill out a w2 Yet they try and tell the emoyees they only have to pay them by the job instead of by the hour. Also illegal. The company makes the employees charge customers (van stock) for the employees using their own tools they bought and then the company keeps that money. This company is a bunch of crooks. They lie, they cheat and they steal. They laugh in the office and talk about how they cannot believe customers actually pay that much money for easy work. I cannot express enough how crooked this company is.

Pros

Some of the employees are nice, and also they have free water bottles ....but I'd say that is about it...

Cons

Pay sucks, they promise you 40 hours a week but you never get close to that. Owner treats employees like crap. Nobody likes him but they pretend to so they don't get fired. Everyone sucks up to him and he also drinks everyday when he works and acts like he knows everything. All he and the office people do are complain and criticize you, they are never appreciative. David might be the worst owner/ boss I've ever had
