If I didn't happen to have the tools for a certain job they were available to borrow from the shop.

Cons

Manager's should be more descriptive about the repair/installation so the TECH'S don't look completely unprofessional and looking like Uncle RUBEN!!!

Pros

Had a great Boss/Owner. Techs were fun once they figured out I knew the basics of their jobs.

Cons

Mr. Handyman is a franchise, each owner is different but all work under one umbrella. My office manager demanded that I stay to the "8 minute sell" it doesn't work with little old home owners.
