My time at Mr. Rooter was great. The owner genuinely cares about his employees. Ultimately it was a great experience working for this company.

Megan. should be the name of this franchise. Knows nothing about plumbing or electrical only has marketing skills. Extremely disorganized, sense of chaos, in tolerant to feedback analysis. These are the pros

Cons

The entire facility is constant of a reality check. Employee overload, mismanagement, dim lit working areas for CSRs, it’s a do as I say or you’re fired atmosphere. Customers over priced which makes service tickets a hard push resulting in shark like mentality of field techs. Safety is of no concern, most field techs only wear sneakers.

Even though you get a base pay of 15 an hour you also get an addition 10% commission on all the work you do the problem is if you work 40 hours but dont bring in $4000 gross on commission they illegally cut hours from you. this is just the tip of the iceberg
