Mr. Rooter Oakland is a family-owned franchise, so you get to know all your co-workers and there's a really good sense of cameraderie. Spencer is a great boss to work for, and he really makes an effort to understand the needs of all his employees and his customers. The benefits are great and the hours are reasonable.

Cons

On-call work can sometimes be miserable, no way around that. Also bear in mind this review only applies to the Oakland franchise. All Mr. Rooter franchises are independently owned and operated so your local franchise might be way different.
