Low pay - they will squeeze everything out of you without giving you a raise and if they do it’s chum change Micromanaging by corporate - they want to watch every single move you do They lie about having holidays off too - they’ll tell you you get holidays off and end up working holidays last minute while corporate employees such as Glenn (president) have the day off and go enjoy their day PTO is a JOKE - you get PTO added every few months and even then, it’s nothing. Would rather not get PTO to begin with. Everything is corporate and the company has gone downhill since corporate took making making all these budget cuts and firing people. There’s also zero room for growth. You don’t get promotions and if you do, forget about asking for a raise.
