1. Steep learning curve 2.Young workforce, great peer group 3. Some of the teams do proper consulting work 4.Informal work culture overall

1.Most of the teams have extremely hectic work hours 2. Surely more room for improvement in the remunerations department 3. Moving more towards being just data analytics 4. Low rates of retention

I worked at Mu Sigma as an associate manager for more than a year. The pros are: 1. Opportunity to work with a energetic and young crowd 2. Learning opportunity is good 3. Quality of work done in some of the projects is good

Cons

The cons are: 1) Unrealistic deadlines are provided quite often 2) You need to stay back at office, sometimes doing meaningless work
