Good People, decent benefits package. St Elizabeth doctor on campus, free to use.

Cons

NO communications form top down NO procedure for most things. If there is a procedure it is never followed. Management is ruled by a "good"ole Boy" network. Little training, . Half Union environment. Make a profit by working harder not smarter.
