Cons

completely sonority based shift advancement may get stuck on night for 5+ years depends solely on sonority.

They were really nice option for me as a student. They offered me and my friend a nice part time job, told us what to do and gave us everything we needed.

Cons

Relatively low pay but it was what one would expect.
