      Pros

      Good experience, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide hardware range (mulitple brands and types of PLCs, VFDs, Protocols, Motors, sensors, etc.) Good Healthcare plan

      Cons

      On calls during the weekends, no paid overtime. They changed my schedule like 6 times in less than a year (1st shift - 6am to 2 PM, and 2nd shift - 2PM to 10 PM)

      Benefits are good, pay is decent

      Cons

      Management is terrible. No room for advancement. Discriminatory practices from some of the managers. Call employees “family” yet treat them like robots.
