      Great place to learn

      Pros

      It's in a dynamic company with a lot of changes and opportunities to learn. Take on as many different projects as you can handle and learn everything you can. No one volunteers for anything, and you will have your choice. This is a great opportunity to grow personally.

      Cons

      The company itself is not growing. Unless you're German or have worked there for a long time, you won't go far in management. The US is shrinking.

      Great people to work with

      Pros

      The job is great for the experience in jack of all trades IT. You are face to face when you visit their department and assist with any IT issues they are having. Great people to work with, they have their own clinic on site. Thing change everyday, you learn something new. Overall great place to work at.

      Cons

      In the IT department, you are limited on self growth and IT positions. If you ever wanted to get a promotion into a different position in the IT department, you may never see it due to the positions already filled and only have one spot for each position. But overall, I am not saying its a bad thing, just one thing I wished they more opportunities for in their department.
