Pros

The 401k match and people are great. We also have our own clinic for healthcare. Our match is 6%. That is high in Northern Kentucky. The CEO is smart, savvy and transparent. I highly recommend working at Mubea.

Processes could be improved upon.

If you need a indirect hire, you are required to do the recruiting and find someone. “Recruiting” team will not assist or give and updates and provide any information on who applied. They also have a very bad attitude.
