Benefits are good. People who work there are great and deserve much better than the top management they are provided.

Cons

Pay is not competitive at all. Total dysfunction from top management with no clear strategy and terrible priority focus. No communication, planning or appreciation of employees.

decent pay for the job vacation time after supervisors that dont care what you do just as long as you make your numbers

Cons

managemant is horrible racist atmosphere you can only advance if you have family up the chain of command or you kiss butt, your hard work is never thanked
