Pros
Good pay if you can get hired. Contract workers are short term, then hired but preference is shown to young white males, so good for you if you are a young white male.
Cons
Did not see any African American employees, and few minorities work there at all. Any minorities are usually from India or Bangladesh, and are people afraid to rock the boat. Little chance of advancement, most management is imported from Europe. Hiring team is ignorant of Employment Discrimination Laws.
