      The people here are amazing. You can’t ask for better people to work with and collaborate with. It makes the job fun.

      Cons

      If you don’t like change, this is not the place you you. The automotive industry is always changing and improving their products. We need to facilitate many changes.

      Pros

      Being a family owned company it has a great company culture, focused on the long-term success. The workload is normal and if you work hard and prove yourself, you can are tasked with more important projects and can eventually move up the ladder. When things get tough and deadlines are short, everyone chips in to reach the goals.

      Cons

      On some occasions in my department, I wished for more a bit more defined structure in some projects.
