Pay and benifits. It has been proven time and time again. Benifits is not all a person is looking for. The feeling of being a part of something is equally important. You will not get this at Mubea. if you like to complete something and feel part of a team this is not your place.

Cons

Pointing fingers. Lying, looking for fault, promotion with no experience or proper training. Lots of Safety Related Accidents. Human Resource is company based not employee based.
