Too many bad chiefs not enough good Indians, 12 hour shifts, Never enough employees to cover 24/7 operation.

Great pay and benefits..... ok PTO allowance.... Some...great coworkers.....lots of opportunity to prove tourself.....and two makes 20...lol

Cons

Not the best culture to grow under. Its very hard to get a big picture of the business when you have next to zero access to other areas of the company where you can get access to different opportunities
