      Not much other than ok benefits

      Cons

      No structure or HR, so people get away with anything. I worked as a sterile processing tech in the OR and I felt like nothing was run properly. There is a huge problem with bullying and leadership does nothing about it. Leadership is not great and does nothing but let the unorganized mess of a department continue. There was a constant revolving door because who would want to stay here? I and many others were treated poorly.

      Starting is low but I got a pay increase quickly cause of the demand. It will increase

      Same thing every day but you will always be busy. Sometimes heavy patient volumes.
