Pros

Great team of providers, MAs to work with, pretty good pay with bonus available based on productivity, volunteer activity, participating in team activities etc. 30 minute appointments to see patients.

Cons

Leadership could be better. I mean higher than management. There are a lot of projects but they are not rolled out systematically.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. It’s great to hear that you enjoy working with your team of providers and medical assistants, and that you find the pay and bonus structure motivating. We also understand your concerns about leadership and the lack of a systematic approach to rolling out projects. Clear communication, goal definition and staff buy-in are essential for successful project implementation, and we appreciate your insights on this. Your advice about defining goals clearly, periodically reassessing projects and ensuring staff involvement before rollout is valuable, and we will work to improve in these areas. We encourage you to share your concerns with your HR manager or leadership team directly, as your feedback is essential in helping us make meaningful improvements. Thank you again for your dedication and contributions to the team.
