Pros
Benefits were good, job security due to increased need for mental health services
Cons
Management was very present but could not/would not advocate for us; expectations for productivity were wildly unachievable (at one point I had 120+ clients on my case load, with a 65% productivity obligation, however management would eat up our time with multiple meetings, trainings and endless crisis services).
