      Pros

      Pros: Good salary/union so wages are published on WSNA, free charge and break nurse available. 3 15 minute breaks and 30 min break per shift. Good team work. PCU ratio 4 patients : 1 nurse.

      Cons

      Short staffed CNA’s usually forcing RN’s to do primary care duties.
