      Lots of learning platforms and access to modules and resources

      When I started with mulitcare, residents were offered bonuses and rns were given loan repayment assistance. Neither of those are offered anymore.

      Some of the best reasons to work at MultiCare are the pay and the flexibility with your schedule.

      Cons

      The downside of working for MultiCare mainly retail health or Indigo is the outright discrimination and bullying that goes on within the company. The managers do and will pick favorites and will let the favorites do things and then claim there is no business needs for the ones that aren’t the favorites it’s actually quite sad and I’ve seen a lot of amazing healthcare workers get screwed over.
