      Pros

      I've been working at MultiCare for over 3 years. Nice benefits package, contribution towards employee savings plans, and generous PTO. Decent support from management.

      Cons

      Seems like some decisions are made in good faith by (non-clinical) upper management, but end up being counter-productive for clinical staff.
